I Trust - Microdosing Guided Dance Journey

Hi friend,

I am grateful to be on this journey with you.

If you are feeling the call to dive more deeply into your inner world through movement, I hope this guided dance meditation empowers you to step into the center of your own circle.

If you are curious how to incorporate mindful dance in your healing journey as a form of meditation, expression, connection, and release, this is for you.

Follow the energy, stay open to whatever arises, go at your own pace, and trust your inner beat.

You can start in a seated position on a chair or on the floor. If you would like to lie down, you are welcome to. However you choose to begin, arrange yourself in a position that feels supportive where you’re not straining.

Ensure that you have a clear, private space to move. Take pauses as you need, follow your impulses, stay connected to your environment, feel the ground under you, and take of yourself.

The first 5 minutes begins with an opening of mindful arriving. The dance closes with a gentle, integrative landing.

This 56-minute movement meditation is perfect to use in conjunction with you microdosing ritual flow or morning practice. No dance experience required.
