Nature-Inspired Healing
My healing journey began in an eating disorder inpatient clinic at age 18.
Like many of the people I now support, I feared becoming my full self, staying small, hidden, and compliant, convinced that expressing myself or taking up space would be dangerous.
What Changed? I got tired of living a restricted story. But for me, healing didn’t arrive through a single breakthrough.
It came in mosaic pieces: through years of practice, sitting in the discomfort of growth, being witnessed in my vulnerability, time in nature, dancing through the sticky layers, and receiving insights from sacred plant medicines.
I came to see that healing stagnates when it stays focused only on symptom management.
Healing and recovery required me to dig deep.
I have been asked to unlearn inherited and unspoken patterns, to remember the ancient language of the body, to grieve what was unmet and missing, and gradually inhabit the fullness of who I am by letting go of what I am not.
Recovery asked for radical self-love and would not settle for anything less.
Psychedelics and somatic work have played a meaningful role in my recovery, helping me cultivate self-trust, emotional resilience, courage to move through transitions, and a felt sense of worthiness beyond performance or appearance.
They offered me a glimpse of who I was beneath the coping strategies and limiting beliefs and gave me the insights into how to build a new relationship with my body, rooted in reverence, curiosity, and compassion.
My own experiences now shape the way I support others: moving gently, at your pace, with care for safety and for the nourishing conditions your body, mind, heart, and soul need to heal and thrive.
I work with individuals and groups navigating body disconnection, emotional overwhelm, attachment wounding, or feeling lost in the societal noise of performance and perfectionism.
My work is body-first, attachment-based, and nature-inspired, drawing on somatic practices, sacred plant medicine, and trauma-aware support to guide a cyclical, organic return to the body and self.
Whether we’re preparing for a psychedelic journey, rediscovering your inner voice through somatic practice, exploring your relationship with food and body image, or disentangling from the grip of expectation, the intention is the same: to support your return to clarity, agency, and embodied wholeness.

What I Wish For Your Healing…
May you stand in your worth and act from a place of dignity.
May you trust your body’s impulses and honour your inner voice.
May you express yourself freely and creatively, from your inspired heart.
May you rest without guilt, receive without shrinking, and allow yourself to be seen.
May you befriend every part of yourself, even the ones that feel hard to hold.
May you remember that who you have always been enough.
May you offer yourself the nourishment you deserve.
May you celebrate how far you’ve come.
May you come to know that you are the medicine you seek.
Ancestral and Land Acknowledgement
I am of Eastern European, Dutch, British, and Jewish Ashkenazi descent, and I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa.
As someone born on South African soil, I acknowledge the land originally stewarded by the Khoisan and Bantu peoples. This awareness informs my relationship with place, ancestry, and the ongoing work of repair.
This landscape has shaped my own relationship with the body, belonging, and the unseen threads that connect us as humans to the wider world.
My pronouns are she/her.
If you’re ready to rebuild trust with your body, soften fear with curiosity, and step into a path of wholeness and nourishing connection, I’d be honoured to walk beside you.
