Monthly Drop-In Support Circle | Free | 90 minutes

“We will always be our bodies, but the way we experience our bodies can evolve.
And that evolution can be deeply good.” — Hillary L. McBride

A live, small-group space for adults navigating eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, body image challenges, or food anxiety.
We begin with a grounding somatic practice, explore a monthly theme together, and close with integration. Bring your questions and reflections. Simply show up as you are. You’ll leave with a felt sense of belonging, clarity, and connection— fuel for the journey ahead.

In each 90-minute session:

    • Group support offers unique benefits that 1:1 coaching or therapy can’t always provide. In a group, you’ll feel less isolated and gain multiple perspectives, ideas, and reflections from others on similar paths. Many participants also find accountability and deep belonging in a group setting. If you’re unsure, you can schedule a free 30-minute call to discuss your needs.

    • Yes. Research shows that support groups can be a powerful part of recovery. They help reduce isolation, normalize your experiences, and offer connection with others who truly understand.

    • Feeling nervous is completely normal. Many participants share that they felt anxious at first but quickly discovered how supportive the group is. You’re never pressured to share; listening is always a valuable way to participate.

    • No, sessions are never recorded. Everything shared in the group is confidential, and we uphold clear group agreements to ensure everyone’s privacy. These agreements are shared at the beginning of calls.

    • These circles are for those who actively choose recovery for themselves. If you’re currently in inpatient or intensive outpatient treatment, this group may not provide the level of care you need as standalone support.

FIRE — Thresholds

8-Week For Women Who Are Changing | 2026 Dates TBC | 90 Minutes Weekly

“True belonging doesn't require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are.” — Brene Brown

When our culture forgets how to initiate us into womanhood, the body becomes a distorted place where that initiation tries to happen.

This 8-week ceremonial program reframes disembodiment as an interrupted initiation—an unconscious attempt to transform in the absence of guidance.

Through embodied ritual, creative visionary movement and art processes, mythic storytelling, transition theory, and collective witnessing, we create the container that was missing then. It is time to honour your becoming.

Together, we will explore:

  • Releasing identities rooted in control, shame, or smallness

  • Reclaiming the body as sacred, expressive, and wise

  • Ritually mark your passage into embodied wholeness

Weekly themes:

  1. The Call to Embody

  2. Crossing the Threshold

  3. The Descent

  4. The Body as Oracle

  5. The Ancestral Thread

  6. Reweaving the Feminine

  7. Becoming the Bridge

  8. Integration & Return

For women ready to:

Bridge the gap between insight and embodiment.
You’ve done the inner work (cue therapy, personal growth, spiritual exploration, all the things) yet still feel divided between who you are and how you inhabit your body.

Now you’re ready to live what you’ve learned. To let what you know in your mind be felt through your cells, breath, and bones.
This journey is for women who sense the lingering traces of judgment and perfectionism still shaping their choices, yet who’ve outgrown old identities of control and compliance—and who long to feel authentic, alive, and fully at home in their bodies.

If you’re standing at the doorway of change, let’s walk through the threshold together.
