ABOUT FRANCESCA ROSE
Somatic Coaching for Disordered Eating & Body Image | Psychedelic Integration & Microdosing | Trauma-Informed Embodiment | Nature-Inspired Healing
My healing journey began in an eating disorder inpatient clinic at age 18. Like many of the people I now support, I feared becoming my full self, staying small, hidden, and compliant, convinced that expressing myself or taking up space would be dangerous.
What Change? i got Tired of living a restricted story. But for me, healing didn’t arrive through a single breakthrough. It came in mosaic pieces: through years of practice, the discomfort of growth, being witnessed in my vulnerability, time in nature, dancing through the sticky layers, and the insights of sacred plant medicine.
I came to see that healing stalls when it stays focused only on symptom management. Now, I understand healing and growth requires us to dig deep. To get our hands in the dark soil of our souls through unlearning inherited patterns, remembering the language of the body, grieving what was unmet, and gradually inhabiting the fullness of who we are through releasing what we are not.
Psychedelics have played a meaningful role in my recovery, helping me cultivate self-trust, emotional resilience, and a felt sense of worthiness beyond performance or appearance. They offered me a glimpse of who I was beneath the coping strategies and limiting beliefs and gave me the tools to build a new relationship with my body—one rooted in reverence, curiosity, and compassion.
My own experiences now shape the way I support others: moving gently, at your pace, with care for safety and attention to the nourishing conditions your body needs to heal and thrive.
Today, I work with individuals and groups navigating body disconnection, emotional overwhelm, attachment wounds, or feeling lost in the noise of performance, perfectionism, or self-protection.
My work is body-based, attachment-based, and nature-inspired, drawing on somatic practices, sacred plant medicine, and trauma-aware support to guide a cyclical, organic return to the body and self.
Whether we’re preparing for a psychedelic journey, rediscovering the body through somatic practice, exploring your relationship with food and body image, or disentangling from the grip of diet culture, the intention is the same: to support your return to clarity, agency, and embodied wholeness.
