EATING DISORDER RECOVERY SUPPORT GROUPS
As much as an eating disorder and diet culture separates us from ourselves, our hearts, and the world, the homecoming process of healing happens when there is support and holding alongside other kindred spirits.
These Eating Disorder Recovery Support Groups are open to anyone at any stage of their healing path. Each group is a closed container and is open to eight people.
Somatic healing modalities, nervous system regulation tools, and group sharing and witnessing are included, offering perspectives and skills that can be applied to wherever you find yourself on the recovery road.
Sessions are informed by an embodied approach to eating disorder recovery, and each session progressively builds upon each other as trust, safety, and familiarity within the container develops.
Whether you struggle with restrictive eating, binge eating, bulimia, over-exercise, orthorexia, body image issues, disordered eating, dieting, or you feel like something just needs to shift around your relationship to nourishment, you are invited to join.
This intentional group container aims to serve as a reminder that we are not meant to heal alone.
Returning to the body is a collective movement. When we unite together with the intention to anchor into our unique embodiment, and celebrate one another in that process, we have the opportunity to shift the dominant collective narrative of what it means to be a human in a body in relationship with the world.
Groups are anti-diet, HAES-focused, trauma-informed, and is a confidential container in rooted acceptance, gentleness and care.
