Is This Work Right for You?
You’ve done the talk therapy. Read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Tried the meal plans. Maybe you’ve even had psychedelic experiences that shifted something inside, but the changes didn’t quite stick.
You’re looking for something deeper. A way to trust your body again. To come home to yourself — not through more perfecting or striving, but through listening and befriending.
This work might be right for you if you:
Are in recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating and want to reconnect with your body’s signals
Struggle with body mistrust, food obsession, fear around eating, or emotional shutdown or overwhelm
Feel caught between a desperate desire to recover and a deep fear of what recovery might bring — especially around weight, identity, or control
Are curious about how microdosing, psychedelic integration, or somatic coaching might support your healing
Want to work in a way that centers your body — not just your thoughts
This may not be a fit if you:
Are currently in crisis or need inpatient treatment
Are seeking a meal plan, strict structure, or weight-loss support
Don’t feel ready to explore your body’s signals, emotions, or rhythms
Why Choose Somatic Coaching for Eating Disorder Recovery
I’m not a therapist or dietitian. I’m a somatic eating disorder recovery coach with personal experience of eating disorder recovery — someone who’s walked through the depths and found a different way forward.
This work blends science, soul, and somatics. Together, we explore what your symptoms are trying to communicate and how to respond with care rather than control.
Here’s what you can expect:
Nervous system regulation, interoception, and developmental movement repatterning
Psychedelic integration support and microdosing guidance for eating disorders
Trauma-informed support grounded in Polyvagal Theory, neurobiology, attachment repair, and embodiment practices
A relationship-centered space that honours your pace, capacity, values, and readiness
A human being who understands what this journey is about, walking alongside you as you navigate your path
What Is Embodied Eating Disorder Recovery?
My approach to eating disorder recovery is based in an embodied perspective: bringing the body to the forefront of the healing conversation. It’s not about controlling symptoms or striving to be fixed, it’s about learning to listen. Deepening into embodiment is at the heart of true and lasting recovery.
Disordered eating behaviors often arise when the body doesn’t feel safe. Through them, your body is communicating how it’s been wired to survive. Together, we explore this somatic language with curiosity, not judgment. We use awareness, breath, movement, sensation, and stillness to attune to what the body needs — not just for food, but for the nourishment that comes from love, connection, and self-trust.
This work doesn’t follow a rigid protocol. It’s creative, responsive, and co-created in real-time. It invites your body to be a resource — not an obstacle — in your recovery.
