When the outside world glorifies external looks, achievements and rationality, pushing us to fit into a predetermined box rather than celebrating our authentic expression, inner beauty and the medicine we carry, core beliefs and triggers around belonging, worth, autonomy, safety, vulnerability and relationships are brought to the surface.

The first step in the journey of returning home to this inner wisdom is to turn towards the body. Supported by the innate intelligence of sacred plant medicines, you can start practicing ways of listening to and trusting your internal cues rather than following external rules. This is how you rebuild the bridge of connection, leading to a fulfilling and liberated sense of integrated wholeness from the inside-out.

What I’ve learnt through navigating my own eating disorder recovery with the support of psychedelics and somatic-based interventions is that effective and sustainable transformation occurs when it’s held within a framework that is specifically designed to bring the body to the forefront of the conversation.

About The Program

Attachment-based ~ Trauma-informed ~ Somatically-integrative

Building the bridge between traditional and somatic and spiritual models of healing

Reigniting a harmonious and safe relationship with the body and with food requires a somato-spiritual-psycho-social model. If you have ever sought any treatment for disordered eating or an eating disorder, you have most likely received a bio-psycho-social approach.

This is a great starting point, but I believe it can only take us so far and often are not enough to keep the momentum going.

Sustainable healing and recovery arises through integrating a somatic, bottom-up approach along with a spiritual component.

Going beyond the “bio” aspect, the inclusion of a somato lens brings in an embodied approach to healing, looking at things like neurophysiology, genetics, epigenetics, sensory processing and integration, kinesiology and movement, pre and peri-natal development, early childhood development and birth history.

The spiritual aspect invites in the larger holding from the universe, the Mystery, the Earth and elemental resources, values, vision, purpose, soul service and connection to your authentic self.

This healing balm can often come through when working with plant medicines and spending time in Nature.

A somato-spiritual-psycho-social model includes both top-down and bottom-up processing, adding in body-based resources to support the balancing and harmonization of one's attachment, defense and sensory processing systems.

Journey To Wholeness uses a somato-spiritual-psycho-social approach to understand our somatic organization, the subjective experience of self and self in the world, our basic human needs for connection and protection defences, and our relationship with food and nourishment.

This is a multifaceted, multidimensional and multi-perspective and creative approach.

It’s this kind of expanded understanding that psychedelics and plant medicines are pointing us towards.  

 We know the old way is not working, yet the new way forward is unclear and uncertain.

Psychedelics can help us bridge the gap between the known and the yet-to-be-known by inviting us to imagine and embody what it might feel like to be in right relationships with our bodies, nourishment and with life.

In this liminal space where the old status quo no longer resonates and the new status quo has not yet fully formed, we stand before a dark, rich, fertile soil where anything is possible.

Sacred plant medicines are powerful initiators in these moments of transition as they bestow us with seeds of clarity and hope, expanding our capacity to navigate times of change and transformation, with greater alignment and authenticity.

With the support of microdosing, you turn your attention inwards and reconnect with precious, sacred parts of yourself that had been previously hidden.

By reintegrating these fragmented parts of yourself into the wholeness, your true and essential nature reemerges.

Intuition arises.

Innate healing follows.

Radiance emanates. 

Through Journey To Wholeness you will learn how to trust in your core being. 

The codes for healing and expansion already reside in your body.

We will access this inherent healing potential by aligning body, mind, and heart into a state of graceful congruence and dynamic authenticity.

You Will Learn How To:

Practice and engage in embodied transformationt through aligning of body, heart, mind and soul

body trust

  • Work with the body through the Basic Developmental Movement patterns (developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen of Body-Mind-Centering) to reveal and shift your internal beliefs around how you relate to food, connection and nourishment.

  • Cultivate present-moment safety and compassionate awareness towards your body through body-based and sensory-integrative practices.

  • Shift from external diet-culture rules to trusting your wise internal cues through refining interoceptive awareness and inner clarity.

  • Understand your nervous system’s fight, flight, freeze responses, and when, how and why these responses get triggered, and how to relate to and navigate these responses with perspective, courage and compassion.

  • Understand Polyvagal Theory, the window of tolerance, and the interrelationship of the nervous system with digestive functionality and normative eating.

  • Deepen your daily practice to embody the fullness of your being.

  • Cultivate emotional resiliency and nervous system regulation to safely and confidently feel emotions and effectively process and digest them.

  • Establish internal flow and coherence to walk in right relationship with all aspects of your life.

  • Take new actions in alignment with the vision of who you are becoming and what you truly care about.

  • Deepen into your authentic embodiment.

  • Stand in your center as you meet your growth edge, old narratives, inner fears, and limiting beliefs, with courage, resilience, compassion, and equanimity.

  • How to create and hold a grounded energetic space for your innate healing to organically unfold.

  • Soaking in the potency of an intentional community container that supports your individual expansion and contributes to the awakening of humanity. 

  • The practice of befriending the body through practicing and integrating the wisdom of self-compassion.

  •  Deepen your embodied awareness to help you make wise and aligned choices with the vision of who you are becoming.

  •  Release old food and body patterns by reframing and shaping a new identity that is coherent with the wisdom of the body.

  • Apply the mindsets of curiosity, compassion and flexibility,

  • Learn safe methods for working with microdosing to transform limiting beliefs into empowering ones.

  • Cultivate the clarity of what you want and where you want to go for your healing.

  • Learn about the science and education behind the autonomic nervous system and Polyvagal Theory.

  •     Embody a sense of flourishing and fulfilment through reframing stories and making new meaning around food and body.

  • Learn about the influence of collective and intergenerational trauma on how we eat and view our bodies, and discern what is yours and what is not yours.

  • Externalise the voice of the inner critic and recongise it as the oppressive voice of diet culture.


Soul Nourishment

  • Explore how nervous system regulation and growing the window of tolerance impacts our perception of reality, body image, and how we receive nourishment.

  • Learn the language of the body to hear what the soul is asking for to fully thrive.

  • Deepen your understanding of how psychedelics and microdosing align us with our heart’s truth and deepest longings.

  • Explore what kinds of resources and supports bring you a sense of flow, flourishing and fulfilment.

  • Grow your nervous system’s capacity through other forms of nourishment so that it can begin to take in food in regulated ways.

  • Nourishment comes in many forms – the main source being through relationships and safe, trusted connections – and we will practice being witnessed, received and celebrated in the group container.

  • Practice different tools to help you listen to your body as your trusted compass and guide through this journey of life.

  • Explore how by expanding your window of tolerance and capacity for self-regulation, you can trust your gut more easily; your intuition naturally arises, helping you discern more effectively what to move away from and towards.

 Moving from restriction to receiving, from protection to connection, and from bracing to embracing. 

This gradual arch of expansion is the transformation that people navigate as they begin to trust more deeply in the wisdom of their bodies. 

This a journey of letting in the fullness of life rather than playing small.

When the body is feared, the fear can show up as restricting food, controlling weight, suppressing emotion, rigid eating patterns, or the repetition of a particular ruminative, limiting thought.

Embracing the fullness of life is an incremental and steady process of gently expanding our somatic organization from a clenched fist to an open palm, capable of holding more of life with a sense of receptivity and trust.

This is what plant medicines and psychedelics teach us how to do.

Recovery is the ability to embrace our feelings as they come and go, embracing our hearts as our home, and embracing the inevitable impermanence of life

We become what we practice – and we are always practicing something.

Interwoven into Journey To Wholeness are the three core pillars of the medicine path: preparation, the experience, and integration.

Increased embodied awareness leads to wise choices and aligned actions.

Rewiring your nervous system rewrites your story.

Community Real-Time Practices

Embedded into Journey To Wholeness are three live real-time, community microdosing morning practices.

In our group online calls, we will explore safe and intentional microdosing supported by guided movement practices, nervous system tools for regulation, journaling, ritual and intention, breathwork, embodied visionary practices, mindfulness practices and community sharing.

The entire program and all practices included have been sensitively created for a gradual and gentle journey towards connecting with the body.

There is enough time, space and flexibility for you to take this program at the pace that is within your nervous system’s capacity.

Who is Francesca Rose?

Embodied Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, Mindful Movement Facilitator, and Psychedelic Integration Guide

Navigating over 15 years of my own eating disorder recovery, I weave an embodied perspective to eating disorder recovery, trauma-informed integrative somatic coaching modalities, mindful movement, and my life experience into a compassionate approach to food and body recovery. I work with individuals 1:1 and offer eating disorder recovery support groups.

I decided to create this online embodiment course after witnessing transformative shifts with my clients when we gave the body a chance to be heard and allowing the body to be resource and ally in the recovery process.

This online embodiment course takes some of the somatic processes I have shared with clients and what I have learnt from my teachers, adapting it for a self-paced online course.

I support individuals in creating a relationship to food, their bodies, and towards life that is embedded in embodied self-acceptance and trust. The space I offer is trauma-informed, HAES-sensitive, and uses anti-diet language.

I look forward to dancing with you in this ceremony of life, bringing together our unique rhythms, flavour, and wisdom.
