IN-PERSON

Some forms of healing happen through conversation. Others happen through direct experience—through touch, movement, breath, and attention to what words can't quite reach.

OFFERINGS

Who are you beneath the skin?

How do you move when no one is watching?

What does your digestion tell you about the life you're living?

For the past several years, I've been exploring the meeting place between nervous system regulation, developmental movement, bodywork, eating disorder recovery, contact improvisation, and nature-based practices. My in-person offerings are an extension of that exploration.

The body remembers what the mind has tried to set aside. It expresses what has been held back. And it offers pathways toward authenticity, congruency, and connection that no amount of thinking alone can open.

My in-person work, along with coaching, currently includes Chi Nei Tsang abdominal bodywork and Contact Improvisation. Two distinct practices that share one underlying question:

what becomes possible when we learn to actually listen?
