A Bit More About Me.

I turned struggles into triumphs, and for everything life has thrown me, I am grateful.

Battling with eating disorders, coming off the contraceptive pill, and dealing with hormonal issues, POCS symptoms and acne have all lead me to where I am today. I truly believe in the idea that our own weakness can be a source of our strength. This blog is a result of everything I've learnt and now I wish to share my knowledge with you.

I hope this blog inspires you to:

  • Create epic, vegan meals.

  • Establish a healthy relationship with food.

  • Honour and connect deeper with your body.

  • Be more gentle with and loving towards yourself.
