Moving Beyond The Mind

In a culture where bodies are only valued for how they look on the outside, or only validated by how much they can produce or do, the body’s subtle inner wisdom can get lost.

Deep in the tissues and cells of your body there is a magical world of your personal history, ancestral wisdom, creative possibility, and personal truth waiting to be explored and danced with.

The first step of opening up to this magic is to return home to your body-temple, by rebuilding bridges of embodied connection and somatic safety.

If You Are Here I Bet…

You yearn to dance your authentic dance in this great ceremony of life.

You recognize there is more to life than existing only in the mind.

You desire to trust your body’s authentic guidance.

You know it is possible to access feelings of safety, connection, and flow in your body.

You are ready to process and release old somatic imprints that hold you back from embodying the fullness of your being.

You believe it is possible to be regulated in your nervous system, aligned in your heart, and balanced in your mind.

You feel your capacity to positively and intentionally move your healing into good spaces.

You recognize that the times we are facing as a collective means that dancing to the beat of your own drum is more important than ever before.

Testimonial

"Connecting with Francesca hasn't only been a deep dive into the healing of my eating disorder but also of the human experience; an exchange, and a learning from and with each other. The approach was personal and emotional, and was a safe space to explore, express and create. We didn't only work with the mind but also with the body and the soul which gave me a better understanding and acknowledgment of how both can be powerful resources. Francesca has emotional, intellectual and spiritual knowledge that she uses wonderfully to understand and heal." – Loona, NL

The Movement Of Relationship

Movement is not something we need to do or make happen, but rather it is who we are.

At the core, movement is the language of relationship. relationship. From the cells interacting with other cells, to the organ systems communicating with the brain, to the individual Self connecting and disconnecting with the collective forces – it’s all in relationship.

The breath expands and contracts, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system moves between outward and inward orientation - it’s all in relationship, and it’s all in motion.

All of life is molded by movement, because all of life is relationship. This means that we are all movers by nature.

When this relational rhythm is in good flow, there is a sense of inner harmony, balance, spaciousness, and nourishment.

Our relationship with food represents our relationship with nourishment. And whilst there are many things that nourish us, the most important nourishment is connection.

And so, this is where we begin: our own connection with our bodies.

What The Program Covers (on the outer level):

  1. Apply somatic awareness principles to reconnect with your body in the present moment.

  2. Develop introceptive (body awareness) capacity to notice internal sensations, and to track your body’s signals more clearly.

  3. Develop a movement language to communicate through and with your body.

  4. Learn to trust your authentic impulses and expression through mindful movement.

  5. Explore how your movement patterns shape your beliefs about yourself and the world.

  6. Practice noticing your different physiological states as a way to develop greater emotional resilience and capacity.

  7. Support your nervous system through regulation and resourcing practices as a body-first approach to healing your relationship with food and your body.

  8. Gain an understanding of how the nervous system impacts your digestion and capacity to eat intuitively.

  9. Explore the impact of generational and systemic trauma on the body, and the potential of ancestral and collective healing through the body.

  10. Resource your body through a variety of somatic practices in order for your own body to become a resource and ally in your healing process.

Who Is This Online Embodiment Course For?

The Inbody Movement Program has been created for those who are interested in exploring how mindful movement, embodiment practices, and a somatic approach can best support your journey towards establishing a more trusting, free, and authentic relationship with your body.

You do not need any movement or dance experience to enroll for this online embodiment course.

We have been conditioned to think that only thin, able, and athletic bodies have the “skills” to dance and who are worthy to move. This undoubtedly complicates our relationship with movement and with our bodies, leading us to believe that only a specific body type can engage in joyful, embodiment movement.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

You deserve to have a nourishing relationship with movement.

If you feel inspired to inhabit more of your body and live less in your head, embodiment principles and practices can help you begin trusting your internal, intuitive cues.

If you are curious how to establish a trusting bond with your body, and an easier relationship with food, through a deeper sense of embodiment, I invite you into this dance of Inbody.

New ways of being are within your reach, and are in the very next breath, and in the next step.

The times that we are collectively living in are calling you to embody your authentic expression by trusting in your core self and dancing your unique dance.

Who is Francesca Rose?

Embodied Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, Mindful Movement Facilitator, and Psychedelic Integration Guide

Navigating over 15 years of my own eating disorder recovery, I weave an embodied perspective to eating disorder recovery, trauma-informed integrative somatic coaching modalities, mindful movement, and my life experience into a compassionate approach to food and body recovery. I work with individuals 1:1 and offer eating disorder recovery support groups.

I decided to create this online embodiment course after witnessing transformative shifts with my clients when we gave the body a chance to be heard and allowing the body to be resource and ally in the recovery process.

This online embodiment course takes some of the somatic processes I have shared with clients and what I have learnt from my teachers, adapting it for a self-paced online course.

I support individuals in creating a relationship to food, their bodies, and towards life that is embedded in embodied self-acceptance and trust. The space I offer is trauma-informed, HAES-sensitive, and uses anti-diet language.
